Le Asiatique, fusion restaurant bar at Fontanella Borghese. Restaurant’s cousine starts from japanese culture and ranges among the various asian traditions. The kitchen’s team has international experience and is led by chef Daniel Cavuoto – Pierre Gagnaire’s Sketch in London, Avenue 31 in Monaco, Restaurant La Laja in Tenerife among his experiences – with the goal of contaminating recipes of eastern tradition with the products of the mediterranean culture. Menu touches all the strings of asian cuisine, including raw and cooked dishes.
International momentum of Le Asiatique can be noticed from the entrance, in windows and on street level, where semi-circular bar counter holds out the “welcome” to the customer and transmits almost the illusion of the continuum with the external space. The protagonists here are the cocktails created by barlady Valeria Pieri with spices, liqueurs and oriental ingredients. Among these are the four proposals Asiatique Specials, drinks to drink and to eat.
Next to cocktails, Le Asiatique offers a selection of wines and sparkling wines of all respect, with 60 of origin labels predominantly Italian and French. The beverage’s menu is enriched with champagne, a selection of tea for dine or accompany the break in the afternoon, a list of sake and over 100 spirits, including whiskey and shochu.
